As some of you might remember, we were pretty bummed when we heard Lululemon wouldn’t be bringing Wanderlust in the City to Philly this year. But consider our tears dried: The Lululemon Walnut Street store is hosting a new yoga-filled fest called Revival this October — and it sounds ah-mazing.
As Bonkosi Horn, assistant manager over at Lululemon’s Walnut Street store, tells us, “Our goal with Revival is to do what we can to help Philly come together as a community and revive. I feel like Philly’s on the edge of doing something really big and we want to give all sorts of people from all walks of life a venue to come together to help make Philly a better place to be.” Noble, right?
So, what’s all involved in this Revival? Well, a lot, actually. On Saturday, October 10th, from noon to 6:29 p.m. (when the sun is slated to set that day), they’ll be holding the free yoga-filled festival, no RSVP required, in LOVE Park. There will be bring-your-own-mat yoga classes going throughout the day — most of them complete with the awesome dj SYLO, who provided the tunes for our final Be Well Philly Summer Yoga Flow class! — plus they’ll have speakers, grub from Sweetgreen (!!), a collective meditation session, and more.
